Description

This is an original, Mexican theatrical movie poster from 1951 for Aca Las Tortas! (Here s the Sandwiches!) starring Sara Garcia, Meche Barba, Carlos Orellana, Luis Beristain, Queta Lavat, Lupe Inclan, and Fernando Casanova. Juan Bustillo Oro directed the Mexican family drama.  Ernesto García Cabral is the artist for the poster.

The poster measures 26.75” x 37” and is in very good condition.  Mexican movie posters, for many years, were printed on paper that becomes very fragile and darkens with age. Many of the posters haven t survived.  This poster has slightly darkened with age but the structure of the paper remains strong.  It was folded at the time of printing and there are some small creases and tiny tears along the top, horizontal fold.  Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters.
